With almost two decades of experience in the fitness community, Steve Handler, DC, of Repair Recover Restore (R3) – located in White Plains and Port Chester, New York – gets people moving again, even after years of aches and pains.

Dr. Steve graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2015 and has specialized in working with athletes ever since. 

Dr. Steve furthered his education with several post-graduate courses and seminars focusing on injuries found in the gym and on the field of play. Steve has had the privilege of caring for and working with a variety of clients: from school-aged children to retirees, from homemakers to business professionals, from weekend warriors to professional athletes and Olympians.

Dr. Steve and his wife, Jenna, enjoy finding the best physical activities and hiking trails in their area and staying active whenever they can when Steve isn’t working with his clients to improve their lives.

Lorisha Raynor, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist at Repair Recover Restore (R3) in White Plains and Port Chester, New York. She uses the latest technologies and techniques to manipulate painful, tense, and injured tissues to optimize healing in patients of all ages.

Lorisha has more than a decade of experience as a massage therapist with additional expertise as an athletic trainer and mental health provider. She specializes in preventive services, patient education, clinical diagnoses, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of medical conditions and injuries.

Lorisha offers reiki, Swedish massage, shiatsu, chair massage, sports massage, neuromuscular massage therapy, and deep tissue massage to improve blood flow and stimulate natural healing. 

She also provides connective tissue therapy, hydrotherapy (water therapy), medical massage, reflexology for the feet and hands, energy palpation, and more. Lorisha proudly uses holistic essential oils to enhance patients’ massage experiences. 

She tailors massage therapy sessions in a relaxing setting and prides herself on ensuring superior outcomes for those in her care.

Dr. Michelle Agyakwah graduated from University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2016. Previously she obtained her Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Michelle is certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Graston Technique and more: She enjoys working with athletes and patients using techniques such as DNS, Graston Technique, Post Isometric Relaxation, gait training and more. She utilizes various soft tissue techniques with patients, such as cross friction massage, PIR, myofascial release and mobilization techniques. In her free time Dr. Michelle enjoys running and spending time outdoors with her family.

Dale Roach, MD, LAc, is an acupuncture and Chinese medicine physician at Repair Recover Restore located in White Plains and Port Chester, New York. Dr. Roach has specialized in Pain Management and internal medicine for over 17 years. He has created some of the most innovative treatment protocols for treating musculoskeletal pain that are effective over 98 percent of the time.

Dr. Roach received his medical education from the Universidad Madre Y Maestra Medical College in the Dominican Republic. He also holds a master's degree in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture from the New York College of Health Professions. In 2020, Dr. Roach became a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. 

Dr. Roach is deeply committed to caring for his patients. His knowledge of both Western and Eastern medicine allows patients to recover more quickly than they would otherwise. Dr. Roach helps patients seeking treatment for a wide range of issues and injuries, including back, knee, and neck pain. In addition to using his knowledge and skills, Dr. Roach strives to be attentive and supportive to the needs of his patients as he guides them through their healing process.

Alison Murillo specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage and myofascial release. She studied at the Swedish Institute to help people live their best life. In her spare time Alison enjoys painting and exploring with her friends!

Krystal Campbell, DC, LAc, is a licensed Chiropractor and Acupuncturist at Repair Recover Restore (R3), located in White Plains and Port Chester, New York. She is passionate about serving the community in their journey to better health and quality of life. 

Dr. Krystal received her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Acupuncture from the University of Bridgeport. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Dominican University of New York. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Campbell has had the privilege of helping hundreds of patients from all walks of life get out of pain and regain their sense of confidence. As a former collegiate track and cross country runner who has experienced multiple injuries throughout her running career, she understands how it feels to be in pain and unable to participate in the activities you love for a period of time. This has really brought on her passion for learning more about the body and how she can help people get back to their desired activities with confidence as soon as possible.

When she is not treating patients, you can find Dr. Krystal dancing her heart out in Zumba and hip-hop classes! She also enjoys going on long outdoor runs and hikes and spending quality time with her family.
